SENIOR CONSULTANTS REQUIRED UNDER GOVT. OF ORISSA (DHE)

DEPARTMENT OF HIGHER EDUCATION ORISSA Required Consultants with the Following Senario and Job Descriptions.

For effective monitoring of infrastructure, UGC assistance and academic status of Government and Non-Government Colleges of the State the Department of Higher Education has set up District Level Cells in 15 identified Government Colleges. To monitor all these reports of District Cells a State Level Cell is now functioning in this Department. For this State Cell it has been decided to engage two Consultants from retired OES-I (College Branch) and OAS/OFS Officers not below the rank of Joint Secretary initially for period of one year with a consolidated remuneration of `20,000/- per month. For the purpose the  Department invites  application from interested and eligible retired OES/OAS/OFS Officers having requisite experience and exposure.

 The position requires extensive travel in the districts assigned to the State Cell and sound knowledge in onitoring, supervision and computer operation. Vacancy:

• 02 (Two) Posts (One Administrative Consultant & One Academic Consultant) 

Eligibility: 
Age – 58 to 64 years
Experience –

• Administrative experience for 2 years in the capacity of 
• Deputy Secretary/Joint Secretary/Principal or similar position/ 
• Administrative Bursar/Accounts Bursar. 
• Experience in monitoring and supervision will be given weightage. 

Honorarium –  ` 20,000/- per month (Consolidated)
Contract Period – One year.
Travel – By hired vehicle, subject to ceiling of ` 10,000/- per month.

• ƒ Monitor District Cell reports and preparation of consolidated report.
