Qualification :
Candidates against Sl. No. 1 should have Master’s degree in Computer Science/Information
Technology. Doctoral degree holders in relevant area will be given preference. Candidates for
the posts from Sl. No. 2 to 10 should have a Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks or
equivalent grade of B in the UGC 7 point scale.
Compensation:
Salary and perquisites will be as per UGC norms for posts against Sl. Nos. 1 to 10. Salary for
posts against Sl. Nos. 11 to 13 will be commensurate with qualification and experience.
Eligibility :
1.
Candidates against Sl. No. 1 should be within the age group of 50 to 65 years and have
at least 10 years experience as Professor or comparable industry experience. She/he
will be responsible for providing Information Technology vision, leadership and advocacy
for the development and use of Information Technology in support of the University’s
mission, vision and goals. The CIO will manage and direct Information Technology
functions of the University. Candidates with e-governance implementation experience
will be given preference.
2.
Candidates against Sl. No. 2 should be under the age of 65 years and have at least 15
years experience as Associate Professor or comparable experience in research
establishment and/or other institutions of higher education. Officers of the state civil
service (not below the rank of Joint Secretary) or central civil service (not below the rank
of Deputy Secretary) OR Chief Engineer of state engineering departments will also be
eligible to apply.
3.
Candidates against Sl. Nos. 3 & 4 should be under the age of 55 years and should have
relevant experience of at least 10 years and 8 years respectively in an educational
institution of repute with sound knowledge of administration procedures and practices.
4.
Candidates against Sl. No. 5 should be under the age of 65 years and should preferably
have C.A. qualification and experience in government/non
government/university/Autonomous Institution in senior position. Persons who worked in
the state finance service or Indian Economic Service may apply. Candidates should
have experience of corporate governance with knowledge of various financial/Accounts
acts of central/state government

Candidates against Sl. No. 6 & 7 should be under the age of 55 years preferably with
C.A. qualification and relevant experience of at least 10 years and 8 years respectively
in government/non government/University/autonomous institutions.
6.
Candidates against Sl. No. 8 should be under the age of 65 years and have at least 15
years experience as Assistant Professor along with experience in educational
administration.
7.
Candidates against Sl. No. 9 & 10 should be under the age of 55 years and have
relevant administrative experience in an institution of higher education of repute for 10
years and 8 years respectively.
8.
Candidates against Sl. No. 11 should be under the age of 45 years with positive attitude,
pleasing personality and good communication and presentation skills. Should be
proficient in computer operation and secretarial practices.
9.
Candidates against Sl. No. 12 should be graduates with 2-4 years of working experience
in the radio industry either on live radio or radio programming. Experience in University
Radio will be an advantage.
10. Candidates against Sl. No. 13 should be graduates with Diploma in Sound Engineering
/Sound Recording and 4-5 years experience in multi channels, high and audio mix-up.
Understanding of sound recording, audio mixing and packaging is essential.
