Capital hospital application are invited from the intending candidates in the prescribed format given below,for selection and engagement against the following categories of posts in capital hospital Bhubaneswar.

1-The applicants have to apply to the chief medical officer,Capital Hospital,Bhubaneswar,unit- vi Dist -khordha,pin -751001 by regd .post/speed post only,so as to reach the same to the undersigned by 14.01.12 positively.the authority do not havw any responsibility for postal dealy.
2- Application received after stipulated date shall not be entertained
3- Applications those found incomplete in any mannwr shall be rejected
4 -The candidates belonging to the Khordha District will be given priority in case the vacancies are not filled up the candidates of Khordha District,then applications belonging to the other District will be considered.
5- The cndidates shall have to submit an undertaking to the effect that they will not claim any govt .post/regular appointment in future as a matter or right.they will also undetake that they will not claim any finacial benefit other the monthly consolidated amount which they will recive.
6 The candidates will not claim for any govt accommodation and they have arrange for their own accommodation.
7- candidates appointed on contractual basis will not calim for inter distrct transfer.
8 -The candidates shall not be less than 18 years not more than 32 years of age 01.01.2013.The upper age will be relaxable as per the govt norms where necessary
