Job Description:Implement a Farming System for Nutrition (FSN) intervention comprising of integrated crop-livestock-fisheries-agro-forestry package synthesised for farm families based on the nutrition requirements, asset endowments, market conditions and community preferences integrated with nutrition literacy in select villages.

Qualification and Experience:

• Essential: M.Sc in Agriculture/ Nutrition with minimum 3 years experience of working directly at the grass roots on agriculture extension / community nutrition.
• Experience and proficiency in designing and conducting field surveys to assess agricultural situation / nutrition status, conduct demonstration, organise training for community level workers and awareness camps.
• Understanding of pro-nutrition agriculture interventions will be an advantage.
• Knowledge and experience of participatory assessments, training methodologies, use of technology for training is desirable.
• Good communication skills in dealing with the community and experts, and documentation skills in English.
• The position is based in the field centres in Maharashtra and Odisha and knowledge of local language is required. Proficiency in use of computers, willingness to travel and spend quality time in the field with the community are necessary.

Remuneration : Commensurate with qualification and experience.
