Zilla Swasthya Samiti, Sambalpur Office Of The Chief District Medical Officer, Sambalpur Walk-in –interview for filling up of the Jr. Hospital Manager posts will be held on as per the following schedule which is purely on contractual basis under NRHM for a period of 11 months or completion of the project whichever is earlier in Sambalpur District. Candidates selected shall be paid monthly remuneration & such other allowances/incentives as admissible under the norms of the society.

Eligibility (Qualification) :Should be a graduate in any stream having 55% at graduate level with PGDCA/MCA/BCA. Perference will be given to candidates possessing Post Graduate Qualification in Management/ Statistics/ Health Education and those having experience in this field. And candidates of Sambalpur District will be given perference.
Age : Maximum age limt for UR category is 32 year, for SEBC, SC & ST category & Women candidates is 37 year of age as on 01.04.2013
Interested candidate fulfilling the eligibility criteria mentioned above are required to attend the walk-in-interview in the office of CDMO, Sambalpur as per the date & time mentioned against each post. The candidates should register their name before one hour of scheduled time, failing which their candidature will not be entertained. The candidates are required to bring the filled in application form along with all their original certificates in support of their educational qualification, age, experience certificate, attested photograph & one set of attested photocopies of the same.The candidate should not have been disengaged from the society on administrative ground such as disobedience, misbehaviour, poor performance, criminal activity prior to applying for the post.
