Office Of The Dean&principal S.C.B Medical College,Cuttack Advertisement For Senior Resident For Clinical &super Speciality Departments Applications in the prescribed form are invited from both the direct & in-service Asst. Surgeons working under the State Government/State Government Undertaking for the posts of Sr. Residents following disciplines including Trauma Care Center and Mental Health Institute of S.C.B.M.C, Cuttack.The engagement is contractual in nature will be renewable on yearly basis for a maximum period of three years subjectto satisfactory performance. The In-service Candidates working under the Govt. in Health & F.W. Department will get the Scale of Pay of Asst. Surgeons and the Direct candidates will get a contractual remuneration of Rs.25,000/ - (Rupees twenty five thousand) only per month. The posts are non-practicing.

RESERVATION:

The reservation policy of the State Govt. will be applicable for the vacancies.

. AGE :-Maximum age limit for the Direct candidates shall be 35 years as on 1.1.2013. In case of inservice candidates the maximum age limit will be relaxed for a maximum period of five years as on 1.1.2013 .The upper age limit will be relaxed by 5 years for candidates belonging to Socially and Educationally Back ward Classes (SEBC), S.C., S.T., Women and eligible Ex-Servicemen and by 10 years for Physically Handicapped category.

QUALIFICATION:- A candidate must have obtained a Post-Graduate Degree in the concerned Specialty/ Higher specialty or any other equivalent degree or qualification prescribed and recognized by the M.C.I. for Sr. Resident in the clinical/Super Specialty departments.on
