REGIONAL MEDICAL RESEARCH CENTRE (ICMR) Bhubaneswar walk-in-interview will be held at this institute on the following 20.08.2013  at 11 am for recruitment of the following Research Scientist posts purely temporary basis on a consolidated salary as mentioned against the

posts as per rules.

Name of the Post - Research Scientist

No of  Post - One

Essential Qualification - MBBS Degree recognized by MCI. Four years research / teaching / work experience in Govt. organization / public sector undertaking after obtaining essential qualification.

Desirable - 1-MD in Medicine / Pediatrics / SPM / Microbiology / Pathology / Allied subject.

                     2-Additional post doctoral experience.

                     3- Knowledge of Computer Application

Job requirement - The staff is required to provide managerial & technical services related to networking of health facilities, virological diagnosis of public health relevance on endemic viral diseases and outbreaks in the region. He will act as a team leader supervising the lab & field activities.

Age - Below 40 years as on 01.08.2013 (Relaxable up to 5 years for Govt. Servant, SC / ST & 3 years for OBC)

Consolidated Salary  - Rs.50,400/- per month

General Condition :

The appointment will be the same as for the Project Staff for the entire tenure of the project and no other regular service benefits will be admissible. The candidate will not have any right to claim for any regular employment at RMRC / ICMR. The Appointing Authority has the right to accept / reject

any application without assigning any reason.Interested candidates fulfilling the eligibility criteria may appear for interview with bio-data, attested

copies of certificates, mark-sheets & testimonial & experience etc. The candidates should also bring original certificates for verification falling which candidature will not be considered. The candidates are requested to report for verification of the certificate etc. between 9.30 a.m. to

10.30 a.m. on the scheduled date mentioned above.

No TA/DA will be paid for attending the walk-in-interview
