REGIONAL MEDICAL RESEARCH CENTRE (ICMR) Bhubaneswar walk-in-interview will be held at this institute on the following 20.08.2013 at 11 am for recruitment of the following Tribal Unit Consultant posts purely temporary basis on a consolidated salary as mentioned against the
posts as per rules.

Essential Qualification - MD Degree / Ph.D (life sciences) having 2 yrs. of experience of managerial capacity as consultant / programme co-ordinator / programme manager in Govt. Health Programme. He / She should have experience in supervision, co-ordination, reporting and analysis of research / programme generated data.
Job responsibility - The consultant will supervise the project / programme activities of the centre at Rayagada & Kalahandi district involving the RMRC field units at district hospital and the tribal population. He / She will co-ordinate the operational research / activities between RMRC and State Health functionary at village, PHC and District level.
Age - Not exceeding 35 years as on 01.08.2013 (Relaxable up to 5 years for govt. servant, SC / ST & 3 years for OBC
Consolidated Salary - Rs.40,000/- per month.
*The staffs of project entitled “Tribal Health Research Units in ICMR Institutions” are supposed to work at the filed units of Rayagada and Kalahandi in coordination with the Institute and the district health department.
General Condition :
The appointment will be the same as for the Project Staff for the entire tenure of the project and no other regular service benefits will be admissible. The candidate will not have any right to claim for any regular employment at RMRC / ICMR. The Appointing Authority has the right to accept / reject
any application without assigning any reason.Interested candidates fulfilling the eligibility criteria may appear for interview with bio-data, attested
copies of certificates, mark-sheets & testimonial & experience etc. The candidates should also bring original certificates for verification falling which candidature will not be considered. The candidates are requested to report for verification of the certificate etc. between 9.30 a.m. to
10.30 a.m. on the scheduled date mentioned above.
No TA/DA will be paid for attending the walk-in-interview
