Office of the Collector, Cuttack applications in the prescribed form are invited from the eligible candidates for filling up following junior Steno Grapher of the post in cuttack district under the Administrative control of the collector,Cuttack. The written examination for the post of junior Steno Grapher will be conducted.
Name of the post - Junior Steno Grapher
Number of post - 05(SC- 01, ST- 01, ST(w)-01, SEBC- 02)
Pay Band and Grade pay - Rs.5200/-20,200+2400
Qualification : - Passed matriculation or equivalent Examination from board of secondary Education, Odisha, Cuttack or any other recognized in shorthand, type writing and computer operation. He/she must be able to read and write Odia.
1. the authority reserves the right to reject any application and modify/cancel the Advertisement with out assigning any reason thereof.
2. The vacancies meant for woman candidates in all categories would be filled up by the male candidates,if suitable candidates do not qualify or are not available.
3. the reservation for physically handicapped ,sportsmen and ex-servicemen is to be followed as per G.A No. 11819/Gen dated 30.04.2013 at the time of selection.
Eligibility: The candidate must be citizen of India, Permanent resident of cuttack district and below 32 years and above 20 years as on 01.10.2013.the upper age limit shall be relaxed by 05 years in case of ST/SC/SEBC and woman candidates.Physically handicapped person will entitled to 10 years of age relaxation. For Ex-serviceman who has put in six month of continuous service can apply.
Application in prescribed form complete in all respect duly filled in by the application in his/her own handwriting with required documents and examination fees where applicable may be sent to collector,cuttack by Regd. post/speed post, as to received at his end by 26.11.2013 by 5.00p.m.
